General Return and Exchange Guidelines
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- The item must be in new condition with no signs of use, deformation, mechanical damage, stains, odors, or any other defects.
- All original tags, labels, seals, and hygiene stickers must be intact and attached to the product. The product should be returned in its original packaging or equivalent.
- For sets or bundles, all items included in the set must be returned together.
Returning Products Purchased Online
To return products purchased from our online store:

- A return form is included with your order. Please complete it.

Pack the Items:
- Place the completed return form and the product(s) in the original or any suitable packaging.

- Contact us at +965 41008002 to confirm the nearest return location or arrange for a courier pickup if available.

- Return shipping is free of charge. However, original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Returning Products Purchased In-Store
Products purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days to the same store where the purchase was made.
- Bring a valid ID and, if the payment was made via card, the same card used for the purchase.
Returning Defective or Faulty Products
If you identify a defect in a product:

- If needed, an expert opinion may be sought to verify the defect, which could extend the processing time slightly.

- Once reviewed, we will contact you to discuss the next steps (replacement, repair, or refund).
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product and the return form.
- For online payments, refunds will be credited to the same card used for payment.
- For cash or card-on-delivery payments, refunds will be transferred to the bank account specified in the return form.
- Delivery fees for original shipping are non-refundable.
