  • Delivery is available to most areas; however, shipping charges may vary for remote locations.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fee: KWD 1.5 for most areas.
  • Additional charges may apply for delivery to far or remote areas.
  • Exact charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • In-Store Pickup:
    • Orders placed for in-store pickup will be ready for collection within 24 hours.
    • Pickup location: Asimah Mall, Sharq, Kuwait.
    • You will receive a confirmation notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Customers are required to provide accurate delivery details to ensure timely delivery.
  • If delivery is delayed due to incorrect information or unavailability, our team will contact you to resolve the issue.

Pickup Instructions

  • For in-store pickup, please bring a copy of your order confirmation (email or SMS) and a valid ID for verification.
